If the information above doesn't sound familiar, you may want to ask around the office or people close to you. Chances are that someone else around you or a co-worker at your company signed up for Shopify.
Every time Shopify bills you, we send a detailed bill to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when signing up for Shopify. To view your bills, you can log into your Shopify account, click the "Settings" tab on the left hand sidebar and then head to the "Billing" section. Here you’ll see a list of all the bills we’ve sent. Within each bill, you can see the 9 digit bill number that corresponds to the charge on your bank statement. You can also download PDF versions of the bills for safe-keeping.
It can still be a Shopify billing charge. Some banks don’t show full billing numbers on your credit card statement. Go to your bank to confirm the billing number you want to identify. It might also be a purchase from a Shopify-powered store. If the charge is displayed as SP store name on your statement, check your receipts for your recent purchases and contact the store.
You may have more than one store. To check, use the Forgot your Store? tool to receive an email with a list of the stores attached to your email address.
